This weekly drop-in program invites caregivers and babies to explore the power of sensory play in a warm, welcoming space. Together, you’ll discover how simple experiences like touch, sound, and taste help increase brain development and lay the foundation for learning, language, and connection.
Each session is designed to support your baby’s growth, strengthen your bond through responsive interaction, and create meaningful opportunities to connect with other families in the community.
This program is geared towards ages 0-18mths, but older siblings are welcome to attend.

Each week offers a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere where caregivers and children can share a meal, enjoy sensory activities, and build community connections. This program creates space for families to slow down, connect, and feel supported in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Join us for a fun, hands-on sensory experience designed especially for little learners! In this engaging program, children will explore all five senses through play-based activities that spark curiosity and encourage discovery. From exciting textures and soothing sounds to colorful visuals and interactive movement, each session is thoughtfully created to support early development in a welcoming and playful environment. This casual, family-friendly gathering is designed to welcome newcomers to Alberta, Canada, or the North. It offers a relaxed space to connect with others, learn about your new community, and feel supported as you settle into life in the North.
Participants can meet other families, explore local resources, and discover supports that help make the Northern community feel like home. With warm drinks, friendly faces, and an inviting atmosphere, this program encourages connection, conversation, and a sense of belonging.

Protect, Power & Preserve
Saturdays March 21st & 28th
2:00 - 4:00 pm
Bring the kids for a hands-on sensory adventure that combines fun and learning! Through interactive activities like exploring the “Chemistry of Spices” and practicing the “Stop & Ask” safety rule, children will use their five senses to discover important lessons in an engaging and memorable way.
This program is designed to be fun, educational, and sensory-safe — perfect for curious minds of all ages. Come explore what matters most with us!

Cruise & Play
Tuesdays March 10th & 24th

Cruise & Play is a fun, active playtime for young children and their caregivers to explore, move, and connect together. Children will build gross motor skills using ride-on toys, slides, and blocks in a safe, welcoming indoor space. Snacks are provided.
This program is intended for children ages 0-6yrs (older siblings welcome).
A Baby Counts program supports are also available for ages 0-1yr.

Bring your friends and join us for Glow & Glide Youth Skate Night!
Start the evening with a free serving of fries or poutine, then hit the rink for a glow-filled skate session packed with music, laughter, and fun. It’s a fun and welcoming night to connect, hang out, and roll together — we can’t wait to see you there!
Skate borrowing is available on a first come, first served basis, and helmets are encouraged to help keep everyone safe.
