    Through September we will explore
    Building Blocks for Resilience: Birth to 2 Years.
    This program will provide parents and caregivers tools and activities to help babies and toddlers (birth to 24 months) build the foundations of resilience. Through modeling healthy emotional responses and using our Emotions Postcards, you’ll support your child in recognizing, naming, and managing emotions in positive ways.

    This program is geared towards ages 0-18mths, but older siblings are welcome to attend.

  • Storytime Wonders

    Tuesday afternoons
    1:30-3:30 pm

    Story sacks turn reading into an experience. Each sack includes a children’s book paired with fun, hands-on items that spark curiosity and creativity. They make story time more interactive, helping families explore and enjoy the adventure together.

    6:00 - 7:30 pm
    Enjoy a fun-filled evening FREE BBQ meal and activities for the whole family!

    This month we explore the unique bond between siblings — the love, the rivalry, and everything in between!

    Join us for fun, hands-on activities that build fine motor skills — the small hand and finger movements that support everyday tasks like feeding, drawing, and dressing. Through play, toddlers strengthen coordination, setting the foundation to grow, learn, and succeed!

    Orange Shirt Day: An Evening of Story Sacks

    FREE Stew and Bannock Supper
    Together, we reflect on the legacy of residential schools and the importance of every child’s story. Join us for an interactive evening using story sacks to explore Orange Shirt Day in a meaningful and engaging way.

    Truth and Reconciliation Week at The Village
    Join us daily at The Village High Level (10905 100th Ave) for a presentation from the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation at 11:00am, followed by a group discussion.

    A FREE lunch will be provided each day sponsored by the High Level Safe Home.

    Tuesday September 30th

    6:00 - 8:00pm

    Join us as we come together to honor the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation. This special gathering will feature a traditional round dance, meaningful cultural activities, and a free meal to share in community.

    This event is open to all ages, and we welcome everyone to participate in a day of reflection, learning, and connection.
