This weekly drop-in program offers a warm and supportive space for caregivers and babies to focus on health, connection, and well-being together. Each session incorporates gentle movement, relaxation, and discussion around nutritious food and healthy routines, all in a baby-friendly environment.
This program is geared toward ages 0–18mths, but older siblings are welcome to attend.

This month we are introducing children to early social-emotional learning through the Kimochis® characters. Each session focuses on naming feelings, building communication skills, and supporting self-regulation in developmentally appropriate ways. Caregivers will learn simple strategies to model emotional language and support their child’s growing understanding of emotions through play, stories, and connection.

Cruise & Play
Tuesdays February 10th & 24th

Cruise & Play is a fun, active playtime for young children and their caregivers to explore, move, and connect together. Children will build gross motor skills using ride-on toys, slides, and blocks in a safe, welcoming indoor space. Snacks are provided.
This program is intended for children ages 0-6yrs (older siblings welcome).
A Baby Counts program supports are also available for ages 0-1yr.

Youth Night

Winter Youth Night is a fun and relaxed movie night just for youth ages 10–18. Youth are invited to kick back, enjoy a movie on the big screen, and hang out with friends in a welcoming, safe space. Free snacks and drinks will be provided, making it the perfect low-key evening to connect, unwind, and enjoy some winter fun together.

Participants can meet other families, explore local resources, and discover supports that help make the Northern community feel like home. With warm drinks, friendly faces, and an inviting atmosphere, this program encourages connection, conversation, and a sense of belonging.

The Fourth Trimester Circle

Through guided conversation and shared reflection, this circle supports emotional well-being, connection, and growth during the postpartum period in a welcoming and understanding environment.

Mama Makers is a registered, caregiver-only creative workshop designed as a chance to unwind, connect, and enjoy time just for yourself. Participants will create beautiful tissue paper flowers while enjoying a relaxed evening of conversation and creativity. This child-free space offers caregivers the opportunity to recharge, connect with others, and focus on self-care in a supportive, welcoming environment.
